20 Years of Brewing Fine Tea
Do you like high tea and pretty things? ME TOO...
I have worked in the food industry for many years. I started with my mother and father in a southern plantation style home as a book keeper. I KNEW NOTHING about tea. As I grew older and the company grew I started making wedding cakes, although I loved it, it wasn't quiet where my heart was. My parents Already owned the wedding venue and I knew from many years of catering and working events its just not what I wanted to do with my life. My mother knew this and she wanted to add a new element to her venue. So, she took me to tea. That was it for me!!!!!! I knew what I wanted to do. We eventually opened the tea room at the venue. I ran the tea room for many years. It was a large tearoom seating over 100 guests, I was ready to open my own smaller more intimate space where I could get to know my customers. There is where I began my new Journey.
I found i had a passion for tea, food and pretty things. I opened my first brick and morter business in 2016 and have decided to take the business online. Now if you come to Jessa's Tea Parlor and you live out of state you can order your favorite tea online!!!!
As you take a look on our sight you will notice we make many different items including tea blends, pastries, customized edible cookies, scones, infused health items, candles, jewelry, napkins and so much more.
